CORE 3 - CAP Canal to SR74

At approximately 4,550 acres, Core 3 offers a diverse blend of residential, commercial, employment, and industrial land uses, with flexible mixed-use parcels throughout. This area must contend with a myriad of natural and man-made features including Waddell/CAP canals, Agua Fria River, regional power and natural gas corridors, substation, drainage areas and major transportation corridors.
